Marine Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational efficiency, compliance, and integrity of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maritime regulations and certifications.

  • This role requires expertise in ensuring vessels meet all relevant regulatory standards.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating and monitoring inspections, audits, and surveys.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for crew assignments, training needs assessments, and development programmes.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
  • Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer) recognised by a reputable maritime authority.
  • Familiarity with international maritime regulations such as ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS, and STCW.
