Marketing Events Specialist Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Event Coordinator to plan and execute various marketing events, roadshows, and campaigns. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring timely settlements.
- Your primary role will involve planning and executing successful marketing events, including co-ordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.
- You will also be responsible for generating monthly reports on campaign and reseller performance.
- In addition, you will assist in the preparation of quotations, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is essential.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or administration is preferred.
- Detailed organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary; knowledge of Canva is a bonus.
