Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for providing process and technical support to enable the Value Stream to deliver its operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Manufacturing Operations in managing deviation investigations and CAPAs related to process or technical events.
• Handle changes including eCCs, SMRs, and SAP master data (e.g., BOM).
• Conduct non-process specific training.
• Participate in the Quality Review Board and explain trends.
• Support tracking of process parameters and manage quality and business continuity risks.
• Perform gap analysis against QMS (CQMPs, GGs) and Quality Alerts.
• Prepare documents and training materials as needed.

Process Improvement Initiatives:
• Identify, manage, and execute process improvement initiatives such as batch records/SOPs, process optimization, alarms management, materials management, and OE initiatives.
• Support validation, trials, development, and technical activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science).
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization, quality assurance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
