Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Plumbing Technical Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Drafting and designing routing for plumbing building services drawings in AutoCAD.
  2. Preparing detail design and working drawings, including schematic diagrams and layout drawings.
  3. Designing and drawing building services, such as plumbing and sanitary services.
  4. Updating all drawings as per site/vendor modifications for As-Built Drawings.
  5. Ensuring all drawings meet project specifications and regulations.
  6. Maintaining and organizing drawing records and documentation.
  7. Finalizing as-built drawings for inclusion in Operations & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
  8. Attending site meetings as required.
  9. Completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
