Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and licensed plumbing specialist to fill a critical role in our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for common areas in buildings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems (e.g., pipes, fixtures, fittings) in accordance with codes and safety standards.
  2. Inspecting plumbing systems and identifying issues.
  3. Submitting work completion reports to authorities as required.
  4. Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  5. Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

  1. Valid LP license preferred.
  2. Valid driving license preferred.
  3. Proven experience as a plumber.
  4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  6. Physical ability to perform plumbing tasks and hands-on if necessary.
  7. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
