BIM Modeller for Plumbing

As a BIM Modeller for Plumbing, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models of plumbing and sanitary systems, including fixtures, pipes, and layouts, using specialized software. You will work closely with engineers, consultants, and trade specialists to integrate plumbing systems into project design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage 3D models of plumbing systems using BIM software.
  • Generate shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings from the 3D models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts between plumbing systems and other building elements.
  • Extract quantity information for plumbing materials from 3D models for cost estimation.
