As a Remittance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all fixed deposit deals and inward remittances. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Nostro Position cash flow and ensuring that fixed deposit deals are correctly booked, validated, settled within limits/approvals and payments are effected on a timely basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Timely and accurate processing of fixed deposit deals and inward remittances
  • Maintaining the Nostro Position cash flow
  • Correct booking, validation, and settlement of fixed deposit deals

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in financial services, derivatives, agile methodologies, and cash remittance
  • Decision making, credit risk assessment, and statistical analysis skills
  • Ability to work cross-cover whenever needed
  • Quarterly/Semi-annual reports submission on MAS survey statistics reports

Work Environment:

This is an agile environment where collaboration and teamwork are essential. You will be required to work cross-cover whenever needed and submit quarterly/semi-annual reports on MAS survey statistics reports.
