Job Title: F&B Area Manager

As a key member of our team, the F&B Area Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence across our foodcourts.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will lead a group of foodcourt managers to achieve sales goals, enhance outlet performance, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Directing the F&B supervisor and foodcourt manager, they will ensure seamless daily operations and make informed decisions to drive business success.
  • Conducting regular checks on hygiene, service quality, and product standards is crucial to maintaining our reputation and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, authorities, and stall tenants is essential for smooth operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Promoting food stalls to potential renters and collecting rent from existing tenants are key responsibilities that require effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Negotiating lease terms with stall occupants and overseeing lease renewal agreements requires a deep understanding of the business and its needs.
  • Conducting weekly and monthly outlet meetings ensures that all staff are aligned with business objectives and are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Handling daily sales settlement accurately and efficiently is critical to maintaining financial stability and accuracy.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing recommendations for development and improvement is essential for fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Resolving conflicts and grievances promptly and fairly is crucial to maintaining a happy and motivated workforce.
  • Managing daily sales collection and petty cash requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of financial procedures.
  • Creating monthly reports and presenting them to senior management is essential for informing business decisions and driving strategic growth.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Food & Beverage Management or equivalent qualification is required.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in Foodcourt operation is necessary to understand the complexities of the role.
  • A valid class 3 license is mandatory for safe transportation of goods and personnel.
