Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff Member to join our team at THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Lentor. As an Administrative Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including handling simple bookkeeping, updating systems, and responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Enter data into our systems and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Insurance Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for our insurance operations, including tasks as assigned by our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma holder.
  • Experience: Preferably minimum 1-year relevant experience, with knowledge of bookkeeping and good administrative skills.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, administrative work, data entry, accounting, bookkeeping, administrative support, Microsoft Word, customer service, and ability to work independently.
