Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and guests to ensure a positive experience at our sports facilities.
  • Respond to member inquiries, requests, and bookings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform billing duties, including membership verification, billing entries, and administering different modes of payment.
  • Conduct daily tasks, such as checking and replenishing items, inventory checks, and reporting facilities and equipment that require servicing or replacement.
  • Manage daily bowling operations at the bowling reception counter.
  • Issue and record equipment and items loaned to members, guests, and staff.
  • Ensure members and guests adhere to our club's byelaws when using sports and social facilities.
  • Maintain the upkeep of main reception and bowling counters to ensure all equipment is in working order.
  • Provide administrative support to the membership and finance departments.
  • Transfer external calls received to respective departments.
  • Maintain and perform data entry.
  • Assist the administrative team in event support, including cold calls and event registration.
  • Decorate and oversee birthday bowling parties held at Seletar Bowl as required.
  • Handle bowling competitions, leagues, and scoring of bowlers.
  • Work on rotation at main reception and bowling reception as scheduled.
  • Stay up-to-date with general club updates and upcoming events and promotions to provide members with accurate information.
  • Announce messages over the club PA system as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer literacy
  • Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to speak and write English proficiently
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage
  • 6 days rotating shift
  • Staff transport available at Khatib and Seng Kang
