  • We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Arbitration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers in all phases of arbitration.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting attorneys with case preparation, including organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files, proofreading documents, and coordinating hearing logistics.
  • Providing exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of projects and meetings.
