  • Market Analysis: Monitor and manage market liquidity risk, insolvency risk, and other protocol-specific risks.
  • Strategic Design: Communicate effectively within and across teams to align project requirements and visions.
Requirements
  • Mastery of mathematics, especially in probability theory, statistics, and numerical methods.
  • Good understanding of financial derivatives, market microstructure, and options pricing models.
  • Strong knowledge and/or personal use of DeFi applications is a requirement.
  • Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, C++, or Go, with a strong focus on back-testing, simulation, and statistical analysis.
