Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer/Field Service Engineer to join our team at Just Recruit Singapore Pte. Ltd. as an After Sales Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering network projects, designing and implementing network infrastructure, and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Project Delivery: Implement network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, PC setup, wireless solutions, and other related tasks.
  • Network Design and Development: Design, develop, implement, test, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to meet customer requirements.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to maintenance teams and perform corrective maintenance when required.
  • Project Management: Manage projects, including preparing work breakdown structures, issue management lists, meeting minutes, and other related tasks.
  • Vendor Management: Work with vendors and suppliers to deliver projects and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma in IT/Computer/Networking or relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in IT Support role or fresh graduates welcome.
