Senior Learning Manager

The Learning Manager role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective learning strategies that support organisational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and delivering training programmes to meet the needs of new hires and existing staff.
- Coordinating the annual learning needs analysis exercise to ensure learning plans are aligned with business objectives.
- Managing fundamental training programmes for new hires.
- Deploying learning plans and maintaining learning systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preparing learning reports and managing learning budgets.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen learning attitude.
- Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organised, and independent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic learning initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to design and deliver engaging training programmes.
