Contract Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing contracts from drafting to administration, with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.

  • Develop and implement contract management strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including negotiation, administration, and monitoring of performance.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and record keeping.
  • Collaborate with Legal Counsels and Project Accountants for necessary reviews and documentation.
  • Handle contract disputes and negotiations with suppliers or subcontractors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of contracts law and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications.
