Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Professional to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic insights and enhancing data-driven decision-making across our business.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with commercial stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into actionable data requests.
  2. Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of commercial campaigns and treatments.
  3. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in accommodation acquisition, conversion, and revenue.
  4. Communicate complex data insights in a clear, concise, and actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest data science trends and technologies and implement them to improve data analysis capabilities.
  6. Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture within the commercial team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a data role, preferably within the travel or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, including SQL, statistics, and machine learning.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
  • Experience working with data pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
