SWIFT Application Support Specialist

The role involves ensuring the SWIFT application system in production operates smoothly and efficiently.

  • Monitoring the SWIFT application system to ensure stability and health.
  • Addressing operational queries raised by users, providing necessary information to close tickets effectively.
  • Performing and documenting SIT/UAT for development teams, guaranteeing a seamless testing process.
  • Supporting UAT, investigating issues reported, and providing effective fixes to resolve problems.
  • Supporting and/or performing other tests when necessary in UAT to ensure a stable environment for Testing.
  • Preparing change details for production releases, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year's hands-on experience with SWIFT.
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT, including configuration, rule setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT Alliance Gateway.
  • A broad understanding of SWIFT products.
  • Knowledge of SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Analytical skills to analyze user requirements, investigate issues, and provide effective resolutions.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands and SQL queries.
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
