Regional Claims Technology Director for APAC and EMEA

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, innovation, and delivery of claims technology solutions across Asia and EMEA. This involves partnering with top executives to drive transformative programs impacting millions of policyholders.

To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of delivering large, complex technology projects, with full accountability for budget, scope, quality, and outcomes. Strong project and portfolio management skills are essential, along with deep knowledge of insurance claims systems and IT architecture.

You will lead a regionally distributed team, fostering business value, operational excellence, and next-generation talent. Collaboration with stakeholders across multiple regions and levels is crucial, as well as effective communication and escalation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic oversight of claims technology solution alignment with regional and global platform strategies.
  • Forge direct partnerships with North America claims technology for strategic alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate and advocate for advanced technology solutions that support business modernization.
  • Partner with production support, IT operations, infrastructure, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure reliable operation and rapid incident response.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven senior IT leadership experience in global/regional claims or insurance systems delivery.
  • Deep project and portfolio management skills, with a focus on strong governance, delivery frameworks, and development methodologies in the insurance domain.
  • Demonstrated success managing geographically diverse teams, ideally covering both Asia and EMEA.
  • Strong technical acumen, proficient in claims solutions, IT architecture, and emerging technologies.
