Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Korean Speaking Client Account Liaison to join our team at PERSOLKELLY Singapore Pte Ltd. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our Korean clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our Korean clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with our portfolio analysts to prepare research and analysis for clients, including summarizing key points from our research pieces and preparing quantitative analysis as requested.
  • Proactively review and highlight new research to clients based on their current and/or potential portfolio(s).
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our clients' interests and needs to identify cross-selling opportunities in coordination with our business developers.
  • Responsible for monthly feedback regarding client interactions and satisfaction.
  • Be fluent in industry initiatives to independently explain our company's position, garner feedback, and liaise with the appropriate company representatives to implement any change.
  • Manage new client account set up and provide training of our company's systems and tools to assigned clients through online and in-person demonstrations.
  • Monitor and maintain client due diligence requests, budgets, and client preferences.
  • Arrange for and participate in regular conference calls and face-to-face meetings between clients and our analysts or external Investment Managers.
  • Ensure client deliverables are prepared, reviewed, and presented to clients in a timely and accurate manner, to meet deadlines imposed by management and clients. If circumstances hinder the ability to meet a deadline, effectively and proactively communicate this with management and clients.
  • Ensure the internal database and knowledge management system are maintained with up to-date information on the clients.
  • Report potential conflicts to and work with compliance to ensure appropriate disclosures appear on research reports.
  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of Company Events as requested.
  • Participate in the promotion and registration of all Client events.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
    • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred but candidates with no experience may apply.
    • Korean Language proficiency to liaise with Korean clients.
