 Overview: The Senior Facade Construction Manager will oversee the entire daily construction process on-site, ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Assist Project Managers in overseeing site activities to meet project goals and quality targets.">
  • Ensure all works are conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, including safety and environmental requirements.">
  • Coordinate effectively with subcontractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to approved drawings.">
  • Identify and manage construction difficulties, safety risks, and technical issues promptly.">
  • Prepare detailed installation sequences and schedules for facade elements according to construction drawings.">
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities.">
  • Arrange and coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and relevant authorities.">
  • Plan and execute efficient delivery of site materials and equipment.">

Requirements:

 Essential Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Alum and Glazing Design site engineering works.">
  • Responsible and organized individual with excellent communication skills.">
  • Proficient in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office software.">
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field, preferably with higher qualifications.">
  • Singapore citizenship or permanent residency is preferred, but individuals with relevant experience may be considered.">
  • Candidates with curtain wall experience will be given preference.">
