Our restaurant operations team is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join us as a Restaurant Operations Manager. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business by leading and managing restaurant and bar operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations with a hands-on approach.
- Ensure excellent service and smooth shifts by coaching, scheduling, and leading FOH staff.
- Oversee opening/closing duties, stock levels, cleanliness, and safety checks.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through optimizing upselling, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with marketing to grow online reviews, foot traffic, and local presence.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in restaurant or bar management, with bartending background.
- A love for hospitality, hustle, and high standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills.
- A sharp eye for service details and a head for numbers (POS systems, inventory, etc).
