Electrical Systems Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Systems Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems for our premises. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in electrical engineering to drive innovation and ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage industry trends and cutting-edge technologies to drive innovative designs and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion and alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough analyses and simulations to optimize system performance and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary education in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering or equivalent in the Built Environment.
  • Prior experience in electrical engineering roles managing system design and development and deploying smart technologies to enhance building operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex electrical issues.
  • Familiarity with BCA regulations and electrical engineering codes of practice.
About the Role:

This role involves leading the work of electrical specialist contractors and professional engineers to ensure contract agreements are met and work is completed satisfactorily. You will also be responsible for setting up a smart facilities management technology operation to enable buildings to be run more cost-effectively for energy sustainability in tenanted offices.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with project teams and landlords. Proficient CAD software and electrical design tools are an advantage. We offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth and innovation.
