This role is part of our e-commerce team in Singapore, reporting to the e-Commerce Operations Leader. We seek sports-passionate talent who enjoy thinking outside the box and innovating in retail and omni-channel operations.

  • Team Player:
    • Ensure smooth e-commerce operations, including picking, packing, order management, and control tower activities.
    • Meet delivery KPIs and prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Operations:
    • Focus on operational excellence by improving processes, enhancing supply chain efficiency, and monitoring logistics KPIs to evaluate 3PL performance.
    • Innovate to improve overall operational efficiency as e-commerce evolves.
  • Partnerships:
    • Collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen operations and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Customer Service:
    • Work closely with the Customer Service team to identify areas for improvement, maintaining customer loyalty through company policies.
  • Project Driven:
    • Contribute to e-commerce projects, including C02 optimization, sustainability initiatives, supplier management, and dashboard development.
