Event Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our event management team. As an experienced leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to foster engagement among developers and digital tech companies.

This includes overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of events, both virtual and in-person. You will also collaborate with internal teams and partners on content curation to deliver compelling programmes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of executives to achieve successful programme execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster an engaged community of developers and digital tech companies.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, driving engagement and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners on content curation.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and ecosystem partners.
  • Analyse performance data and stakeholder feedback to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Arts & Social Sciences, Business Management or relevant field.
  • Proven leadership experience in event management or marketing for tech or B2B events.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to develop and implement long-term engagement plans.
  • Excellent people management skills with track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Passion for technology and innovation with commitment to supporting the growth of digital tech startups.
