Join us in revolutionizing gaming experiences by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative solutions that enhance game mechanics, player engagement, and content creation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Reinforcement Learning (RL), Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Proficiency in Python with PyTorch or TensorFlow is essential, as well as familiarity with game engines like Unity or Unreal.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research, design, and implement rewards-based agents using RL for gaming applications.
  2. Develop and optimize RAG-based solutions for dynamic content creation and adaptive interactions.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to integrate AI models into workflows.
  4. Create AI-powered gaming tools for immersive experiences.
  5. Develop and tune models to improve AI in gaming.
  6. Analyze game data to train and improve AI decision-making.
  7. Stay updated on AI advancements in gaming.
  8. Evaluate model performance and scalability through experimentation.
  9. Assist in deploying and maintaining AI models in production.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of AI research or applied machine learning experience, preferably in gaming or interactive media.
