Job Title: Performance Producer

The role of a Performance Producer involves overseeing the coordination and execution of live events, performances, and other related activities. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts with artists, scheduling performances, promotional appearances, and programs. In addition to these duties, a Performance Producer must be an expert in the music and stage business, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public relations skills, marketing and advertising skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, aggressive, and friendly, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artists.
  • Schedule performance events, promotional appearances, and programs.
  • Advocate for the mental and physical health of artists as needed.
  • Manage conflicts between artists, such as band members.
  • Enforce the terms of a contract.
  • Coordinate training and rehearsals for new songs and dances.
