As our Events & Marketing Intern, you will journey to the magic of Creative Events and Experiential Marketing, working with our creative and event production teams, and clients such as TikTok, Meta, WarnerMedia, TDCX, Bloomberg, and many more.

**Job Description**:
Job Scope:

- Event venue and supplies sourcing for events and marketing campaigns
- KOLs outreach for marketing campaigns
- Be a part of creative ideation and concept development for events and campaigns
- Assist in event pitch decks and quotations
- Event coordination between events team, designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
- Onsite and offsite events and marketing coordination
- Assist in execution of event project timelines, agenda, setup schedules
- Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce successful events
