We are seeking an exceptional MEP Senior QS to lead cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within construction projects.

This candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and documentation.
  • Utilizing software tools to perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.

Tendering and Procurement

The ideal candidate will assist in the tendering process by evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers for MEP works. They will negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements.

Contract Administration

The successful candidate will administer contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing terms and conditions, variations, and claims. They will ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties involved in MEP works.

Valuations and Payments

The chosen candidate will assess the value of completed MEP works and prepare interim and final valuations.
