Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Prefabricated MEP Systems Modeler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing BIM models for prefabricated MEP systems, ensuring seamless project delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools, incorporating prefabrication needs and performing clash detection to resolve conflicts early.
  • Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback, generating detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication.
  • Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery, working collaboratively with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields, with proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
  • Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
