Next-Generation Photonic Device Test Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Photonic Device Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to analyze device performance and improve designs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to analyze device performance and improve designs.
- Perform chip- and wafer-level testing of photonic devices.
- Use software for efficient data processing and analysis.
- Contribute to next-gen photonic product development.
- Develop and maintain test systems, including optical alignment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
Requirements:
- MS (2+ years exp.) or PhD in Electrical/Optical Engineering or Semiconductor Physics.
- Hands-on experience in photonic device characterization.
- Optical alignment and electrical probing expertise.
- Test setup development and equipment sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of guided-wave optics.
- Experience in 3D sensing, LiDAR, organic/compound materials, or semiconductor foundry processes is preferred.
