Network Security Engineer
Job Responsibilities
    We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer to provide Level 2 support for firewall and intrusion prevention systems. Key responsibilities include configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of these systems.
    The successful candidate will collaborate with other engineers to support network and security devices across multiple campus locations. They will manage and maintain firewall policies, rules, and configurations in accordance with industry best practices.
    The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a multi-site environment and support remote and onsite operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
    Diploma or Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in firewall administration and network support
    Skills: Strong knowledge of firewall platforms (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA/Firepower), solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs), experience with intrusion prevention systems (IPS) and security monitoring tools, familiarity with ITSM/ITOM platforms for incident and change management, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
