Job Title: Nursing Care Lead
As a skilled and dedicated Nurse-in-Charge, you will lead our nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care. Your role will be to promote a safe and supportive environment for residents, where they can receive high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily nursing operations as the designated nurse leader.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff during shifts to ensure effective teamwork and communication.

- Administer medications, perform senior nursing treatments, and handle emergencies with confidence and expertise.

Requirements:
- You must be a State Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support training is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and commit to providing high-quality patient care is crucial.
