About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team in India and Emerging Asia. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive business growth and develop innovative marketing solutions.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development of brand and portfolio strategies, as well as local communication plans for all themes and campaigns across various audiences. They will also oversee the execution of marketing plans and media performance, driving efficiency and effectiveness while fostering strong internal relationships with related partners.

This role requires a digital native with strong experience in online and offline consumer marketing and building strong brands. The successful candidate will have a track record of developing innovative, impactful marketing solutions and will be able to balance global solutions with local market insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strategic marketing background with strong business performance related to Indian and Southeast Asian consumer/shopper insights
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a strong track record of people leadership and development
  • Digital native with strong experience in online and offline consumer marketing and building strong brands
  • Experience in PR and amplifying brands through partnerships and external opportunities
