- Organize and prepare software engineering practices according to bank requirements.
- Develop a productive environment that encourages team growth and performance.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and manage IT business lines contributions and internal budgets.
- Implement bank strategies and policies within the department.
- Represent the department in key meetings and collaborations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, at least 15+ years of experience managing development teams, excellent project management expertise, and a curious mindset with a lifelong learner approach.
Additionally, they should have relevant experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering, hands-on design experience with APIs, microservices, UI/UX technologies, big data, cloud, and API-related technologies.
A domain knowledge in Payments, Cash Management, or Corporate Banking is an advantage. The candidate must hold a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and have at least 11 years of work experience.
