
Professional Leadership Enhancement Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Psychologist to contribute to our professional leadership development and resiliency-building initiatives through research. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a Government Agency, supporting their competency-building activities and enhancing staff resiliency.
About the Role:This is a 1-year agency contract position under the supervision of experienced clinical psychologists in this field. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting projects by:
- Conducting literature reviews on leadership development, workplace resilience, and crisis management; presenting findings to management to support evidence-based recommendations and best practices.
- Planning, coordinating, and managing engagement activities (e.g., surveys, focus groups, events) with professionals and professional bodies, consolidating feedback to develop recommendations.
- Assisting with staff nominations for CARE training, deployment of CARE-trained officers, and initiatives to strengthen organisational resilience.
- Supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programmes, liaising with vendors, developing training resources and communication materials, and exploring creative delivery methods and behavioural nudges to embed learning.
- Documenting meeting minutes and processes, organising events, and performing ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or Sociology with at least Second Upper Class or Distinction (Honours).
- Prior work experience in the social services or related sector.
- Entry Level applicants with research experience are preferred.
- Only Singaporeans.
