Job Description

The Clinical Leadership Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Allied Professional Hub, overseeing therapy services and leading a team of therapists and psychologists. This multifaceted position demands exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering high-quality services, and a commitment to fostering collaboration and growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work plans for departments, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure adherence to service standards and performance indicators.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and implement strategies for continuous enhancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A recognised degree or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Registered with AHPC or Singapore Psychological Society.
  • Minimum 12 years post-qualification experience, preferably working with persons with disabilities and at least 5 years in a SPED setting.
  • Demonstrated ability in administering programs and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
