Job Summary

As a Clinical Lead, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality social work, counseling, and psychological services to ensure exceptional case management and therapeutic work.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong track record in supervisory or management responsibilities in social service settings. They will lead capability building by developing professional competencies for relevant staff members to meet service outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely submission of reports and statistical returns on client-related information to various stakeholders. They will also identify key trends and gaps to recommend service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of trauma-informed social work, counseling, and psychological services
  • Develop and implement capability development plans for reportees
  • Collaborate with service teams to develop policies, protocols, and practices related to case management and program implementation
  • Lead capability building by developing professional competencies for relevant staff members
  • Ensure timely submission of reports and statistical returns on client-related information
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with proven supervisory or management responsibilities in social service settings
  • Experience in working with vulnerable children and families
