About the Role

This Financial Administration Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reconcile over 200 invoices and Statements of Account (SOA).
  • Accurately post and update financial transactions in SAP and SOA systems.
  • Provide raw material costs and other financial data to stakeholders as required.
  • Process and manage freight forwarder invoices efficiently.
  • Compile and send regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Validate and process staff claims and invoices, ensuring timely payments.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in AP/Accounting/Finance roles.
