Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner

This role provides end-to-end HR support to a business unit, working closely with leaders to ensure that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Business Partner in driving HR initiatives and projects, reinforcing organizational policies, culture, and best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and manage the recruitment cycle.
  • Apply analytical skills to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and mitigate potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports, including contract expirations, re-employment, work pass renewals, department welfare programs, employee referrals, and vendor invoices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and local employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, data management, and conflict resolution.
