Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse with experience in renal/dialysis settings to take on a key role in our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions before, during, and after dialysis treatments, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting any abnormal findings or complications.

The nurse will also administer medications, manage vascular access sites, and educate patients and caregivers on renal disease, dialysis treatment, dietary restrictions, and medication adherence. Collaborative working relationships with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals will be essential in delivering comprehensive patient care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with relevant nursing board
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a renal/dialysis setting
  • Prior experience in haemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
