Singapore Homage Care Full time

Homage is hiring full-time staff nurse where you will be part of the nursing team providing holistic care for patients undergoing renal dialysis (hemodialysis). This includes supporting their physical and emotional well-being, providing patient education and ensuring accurate and timely patient records are maintained

Remuneration: Up to S$5,000 per month

**General responsibilities**:

- Participate in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within the hemodialysis clinical setting
- Undertake clinical/patient assessments pre, during and post dialysis treatment to evaluate care effectiveness
- Review blood test results and report abnormalities to Nurse In-Charge / Covering doctor
- Monitor the water treatment system and dialysis fluid to ensure safe dialysis treatment
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe and in good working condition, and report any defects through appropriate channels
- Maintain accurate, secure and private patient medical records in the Clinical Information system
- Report all incidents and accidents as part of quality improvement and patient safety processes

**Requirements**:

- Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising license
- Valid BCLS + AED certificate
- Minimum 2-year experience in renal (hemodialysis) setting
- Must be able to commit to rotation shift work, Public Holiday, and Saturday
- Will be assigned to a dialysis center, conveniently located islandwide
