Key Position Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective materials that support our brand identity and engage our target audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Identity Development: Develop and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing materials, adhering to our brand guidelines, including typography, colors, and logo usage.
  • Marketing Materials Design: Design a wide range of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, tent cards, menus, packaging design, and window displays.
  • Digital Design: Create digital assets for social media platforms, web banners, email templates, digital ads, and motion graphics for campaigns.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design campaign visuals, create visuals that effectively communicate marketing messages and call-to-actions, and adapt master visuals into multiple formats and sizes.
  • Content Creation Support: Assist in art direction for photo and video shoots, edit basic images or visual content, and work closely with photographers and videographers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Print Production & Vendor Coordination: Prepare final artwork files for printing, liaise with printing vendors, and conduct quality checks on printed materials.
  • Internal Support: Design internal materials, assist outlet teams with layout/design requests, and manage internal communications.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage sector.
  • A strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
