Business Analyst Role Overview

The department responsible for development and maintenance of applications used by worldwide users, including Credit Approval & Counterparty Risk IT. The section handles applications responsible for risk data collection, risk calculation, and monitoring worldwide. It also covers Front Office Applications, Credit Decision Processing tool, Global Authorization Repository system, and Default History Data Base.

The Business Analyst will have good knowledge in the Risk area, including Deals, Authorization, Guarantees, Risk Weighted Assets, etc. Hands-on experience with various Risk Reporting is required, including data mapping and testing of such risk data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing and assessing business functional specifications
  • Recommending amendments to maximize efficiency and improve business value
  • Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications
  • Managing change requests during the implementation stage in coordination with sponsors, project managers, and technical teams

Requirements for the role include a minimum of 7 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst, knowledge in Risk, practical knowledge of SQL language, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of project management and software development lifecycle.
