Senior Application Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to assume a leadership role within our software development team. The selected candidate will oversee the entire software development life cycle, from initial planning to post-release maintenance. Their primary responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, directing the development team in various aspects of software development, and ensuring deliverables meet user requirements.

Key qualifications for this position include a degree in computer science or an equivalent field, experience in application development using multiple programming languages such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Java, Spring, and SQL-related databases, and proficiency in spoken and written English.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in four or more of the mentioned skills, software or web-based application development, conducting user acceptance tests, and system to system testing.
