Job Summary

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems by managing complex incidents and collaborating with various teams to achieve resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely incident recognition, logging, assignment, and resolution with proper documentation.
  • Escalate critical incidents to management levels and ensure accurate data capture in the incident reporting tool.
  • Communicate effectively during incidents and manage stressful situations.
  • Apply problem management methods, owning initiation, tracking, and closure of problem tickets.
  • Prepare management reports and ensure effective incident reporting using tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of incidents.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of incident management processes and tools.
  • Ability to document and report on incidents in a clear and concise manner.
