Responsibilities

  11. Develop deep expertise in Workato's proprietary frameworks (GEARS).
  12. Champion cross-functional collaboration and contribute to internal strategy and enablement.
RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical delivery teams.
  • 5+ years of hands-on consulting experience in solution design and implementation.
  • 2+ years of project or program management experience.
  • Strong understanding of integrations and systems design principles.
  • Deep knowledge of technology and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages and RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with leading iPaaS platforms.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and experience supporting end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale and grow technical teams.
  • Strong resource management and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics
  • Experience in iPaaS sales or pre-sales technical advisory roles.
  • Prior work experience in a start-up or high-growth environment.
  • PMP or Scrum certification.
  • High-level knowledge of enterprise applications.
  • Experience working with enterprise business accounts.
  • Proven commitment to continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated success in driving software expansion.
