Job Title: Bridal Consultant and Assistant Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Bridal Consultant and Assistant Designer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for fashion and trends, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and consultation to clients.
  • Partner with our in-house seamstress to ensure seamless dress fittings and alterations.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messages, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities, including wedding shows, styled shoots, and media presentations.
Requirements:
  • Possesses a strong customer service attitude, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion, with prior experience a significant advantage.
  • Good technical and dress-making skills, with a keen eye for fashion and trends.
  • Ability to work weekends and local/Malaysian residency preferred.
