Project Architect Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have the skills and expertise to manage projects from design to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The Project Architect will be responsible for coordinating with consultants, managing project tenders, and directing the technical team on compliance with planning and building regulations. Additionally, they will assist in the coordination of works, provide leadership, and coordinate the input/output of all involved parties to meet established objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a registrable degree with the Board of Architects Singapore, minimum 4-8 years of relevant working experience, and excellent project management, communication, and coordination skills. They should also be able to plan, design, and implement building projects such as industrial development and related facilities, and have proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Self-motivation, performance-driven behavior, and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this role.
