About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to embody our brand promise and foster strong relationships with our residents.

You will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service, curate on-property events and execute social media marketing strategies.

Selected candidates will report to the Community Manager and work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service to residents and represent the Weave brand in all aspects
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our residential community
  • Recognize and anticipate changing needs, expectations and emotions of customers, working with in-house teams to deliver coordinated services
  • Coordinate and execute community initiatives and events to develop resident relationships and build brand awareness
  • Be the go-to person for residents and coordinate with operations teams to resolve issues professionally and patiently
  • Report on resident suggestions with creative ideas to enhance living experiences
  • Conduct property viewings to support leasing strategies when needed
  • Execute social media marketing strategies at the property level in collaboration with the Marketing team
Requirements
  • Strong people skills - approachable, good listener and empathetic
  • 2+ years of professional working experience in customer-facing settings
  • Background in boutique hotels, serviced accommodations or co-working environments is a plus
  • Experience in coordinating events and adapting to challenges is also an advantage
  • Flexibility in schedule - shift-based work between 9:30am-6:30pm and 11am-8pm
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; other languages are an added benefit
  • Certificate/Diploma or above in hospitality or related disciplines is required
