Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Protection Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety systems and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing projects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local fire safety codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects of fire safety systems
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities throughout the project lifecycle
- Handle submissions and approvals with local agencies, ensuring compliance with fire safety codes and statutory requirements
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings, method statements, and as-built records
- Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Education: At least a Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 years of prior working experience in fire protection or building services projects.
Skills: Familiarity with local fire safety regulations and authority submission processes. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Preferred Qualification: Having a Class 3 Driving License would be a plus.
